IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING...
Do I need a reservation? Yes, reservations are required, and advance (rather than same-day) reservations are recommended. We recommend booking your reservation two weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.
Do you have parking? On-street parking is available on Elm Street and Central Street. There is no meter fee after 5:00 pm Monday–Saturday; parking is free on Sundays.
Are you open for lunch? We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday. Seating times are from 5:00 to 8:00 pm.
Do you offer dinner to go? We are currently offering limited take away service Tuesday-Saturday, with pick-up times at 5:30 and 6:00 pm. We ask that you place your order before 3:00 pm by calling our host at (802) 457-1818.
Are you child-friendly? Yes, we welcome children who are practicing their fine dining skills. For families, please keep in mind that there are couples in the restaurant enjoying a quiet, romantic evening.
Are you mobile device-friendly? Yes, with a couple of caveats. Out of courtesy to others, we ask that you please silence all cell phones and take all calls outside. If you are bringing a tablet, please bring headphones as well.
What is your dress code? Dinner attire is dressy casual; please, no baseball caps.
May I bring in a bottle of wine? Is there a corkage fee? Our liquor license with the State of Vermont prohibits us from allowing guests to bring in their own alcohol. We have a lovely selection of wines by the bottle and by the glass for you to choose from.
How many people may I include in my reservation? Yes, we can accommodate different table sizes. If your party includes more than four guests, please give us a call at (802) 457-1818 to discuss the possibilities for a larger table. A credit card guarantee is required for parties of six or more.
Do you offer private events? Yes, at this time we are able to accodomate private events. Please call us for more information.
Please call (802) 457-1818 or email info@princeandpauper.com if we may answer any additional questions. We look forward to hearing from you!
